Applications are invited for the post of Editor - JNNP

JNNP is one of the premier journals in the field of clinical eurological practice, neurosurgery & neuropsychiatry. We now seek an editor who can continue its scientific and international reputation while maintaining its relevance to practising physicians worldwide.

Applications from specialists in any country in any branch of neurological practice, neurosurgery & neuropsychiatry are invited.

Full editorial support and training will be provided. The editor should expect to spend up to a day in total each week on journal-related activities. The successful applicant(s) will be free to select his/her own team of associate editors and editorial board members.

Closing date for applications is 28th June 2009. Interviews will be held at the beginning of September 2009 at the BMJ Group offices in London, UK. It is envisaged that the outgoing editor will gradually handover during the fourth quarter of 2009 and the successfulcandidate(s) will officially take up the post of editor in January 2010.
